We have 2 options for you to choose from.

Basic Plan Option 1 is a free basic plan in PDF format that you can download from our website. By completing this plan will ensure you run the 13.1 miles without stopping. You can also use the free logging system to map your own progress. Click on the basic plan button for more details.

  

Platinum Plan Option 2 gives you to option to purchase a tailored training plan. There is a selection of plans here designed by fitness professional. You can log and track your cardio and strength training workouts, map your favourite training routes, connect with other athletes and so much more. It is like having your own online personal trainer to look after you every step of the way. This plan is suitable for beginners and advanced levels of fitness. Meet our fitness Coach Tom Enright

Tom grew up in Charleville, County Cork and his teenage years were spent competing for North Cork A.C and observed at first had the highly rated athletics coach Fr.Liam Kelleher( Who has coached athletes to win over 500 national titles). In common with many running participants in running events around the country Tom's return to Athletics occurred in his early 30's, which has seen him successfully complete 21 marathons and 1 ultra marathon. During 2010,Tom has set himself the challenge of running all the Irish road marathons. He has worked with numerous training groups and individuals as a follow on from completing nationally approved (AAI and Cycling Ireland) coaching courses in both running and cycling. When Tom is not running and coaching he is a full time Director of Go Cycle Ireland. Tom is
